I just have seen this theme. looks promising and exactly like i wanted to have in my voting site. will have to test it, i will post again after testing this theme in detail. does this theme show voting results in graph form?

The theme does not have any graph or statistics software built in I am afraid.
It is very beautiful. Standard and Developer version is different?
