WPVote Theme Updated – Now Running Nominate

I've been asked for a WordPress Vote theme quite a few times. It's taken me a long time to get ready but finally it's getting to the stage where it will be ready for release shortly, and as such I have updated the WPVote.com theme to the release version.

The theme will be called Nominate, and it will be available on prothemedesign.com.

The new version of the theme has quite a few new features - things that hadn't been considered during the original development. There's email options for being notified of new posts, and improved spam options (note that there have been very few spam posts made!). I have also created a custom skinning system, which makes it nice and easy to create new designs. As such the theme will come with at least 2 alternate skins upon release.

In the process I have also updated to the latest version of the Elemental WordPress framework, which has also added stacks of new features - and I'll be talking about them more later.
