Pretty sure this is somewhat irrevelant since WordPress has a default incoming links widget from Google. Although I liked the Technorati one better.
I must admit I ummed and ahhed before allowing this one, but I figured it's related to WordPress, and if people aren't interested, then it won't get any votes
