When I was building WPVote I wanted to use screenshots of the webpages that were submitted, but I didn't want to have to submit them myself - ad after some research I discovered the information in the article linked. There's also a plugin that you can download so you can use this functionality yourself.

It didn't work for me, I installed the plugin but the Shortcode for posts didn't work.
I've used it on a couple of sites with no issues - do you have somewhere I can see the problem?
